I grew up in a toxic and violent household and carried those experiences into adulthood. I struggled with anxiety, depression, and the emotional patterns that came from my past. After my spiritual awakening, I began a deep journey of self-healing, learning to face my pain, understand myself, and create a different way of living.
That journey changed me. Today, I use the tools, wisdom, and experiences I’ve gained along the way to help others navigate their own healing.
